Deine Aufgaben
- Create marketing & sales strategies and initiatives together with the founder to drive growth of the company
- Take part in business development meetings with executives from other companies - both remote and in person
- Dive into a client’s status quo, deeply understanding their needs and develop matching new business proposals
- Take the lead operationally for a wide range of initiatives (e.g. content marketing, event planning, travels, case studies, etc.)
- Develop your own business development projects and be guided by our founder

- Pursuing or hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top-tier university
- Prior work experience in demanding, fast-paced environments
- Proactive with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Hands-on attitude, comfortable with autonomy and responsibility
- Business fluent in both German and English languages
