As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you work in the intersection of Strategy, Performance and Creative and have an immense impact on the success of projects.
Deine Aufgaben
- You manage influencer campaigns for different clients independently from start to end
- You develop individual campaign strategies for a variety of brands and are able to handle multiple projects at the same time
- You directly communicate with influencers, manage the cooperation and keep track of timelines, briefings, and posting deadlines
- You lead negotiations with influencers and their management and build up long-term relationships with them
- You monitor campaign budgets, analyse relevant KPIs and report performance both internally and to our clients
Das bringst du mit
- Fluent in German and English
- 1-3 years of experience in social media/influencer or partnership management in fast-growing companies, ideally also worked with SaaS, insurance or other non-tangible products
- Social media enthusiast with good knowledge of the German/International influencer scene
- Very well structured and with a strong eye for detail
- Strong communicator that can be both diplomatic and a tough cookie
- Empathic person that likes to connect with a variety of people and is fun being around
- Generally having fun working on challenging projects as well as celebrating their success
- Degree in business administration, marketing or communications is cool - but not required
